Here are some answers to Frequently Asked Questions.

When will my order ship?

All card products have varying processing and shipment times.  Any items that are in stock should be expected to ship within 2-3 days. 

Products sold as part of a pre-sale/pre-order may have longer lead times.  Please see the individual product pages for more information.

Where can I find tracking information?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email that contains the tracking number.  

You can also refer to your Account page to find details about previous Orders.

What do I do if my order is never delivered?

Please reach out to info@brixtondiscgolf.com and we will investigate the situation as quickly as possible.

What if my package is damaged?

Please reach out to info@brixtondiscgolf.com regarding any packages damaged in shipping.  

What if my cards are damaged?

Please reach out to info@brixtondiscgolf.com regarding any damaged cards — in shipment or otherwise.  We exhaust every option to quality control our products and make every effort to ensure that the cards going into final packaging are not damaged in any way.  

Unfortunately, there is opportunity during the packaging and shipping process for the cards to potentially be damaged.  We will do whatever possible to correct those situations.

What if the cards I received do not match the card odds posted on the website or packaging?

We make every effort to ensure that our products are packaged correctly to ensure that the odds stated for each product are correct.  

In general, odds posted are ON AVERAGE, and NOT guaranteed for each and every box/pack purchased.
